Certainly everyone knows the predominant image of programmers: brooding, introverted lone warriors working alone in their silent chambers. People who always prefer the society of datasets to the company of people at any time. If at all, they communicate on a nonverbal level, which doesn't make dialogue with them any easier. 

So much for the cliché. Now for the reality. Since the truth about our employees at ags could hardly be further removed from the prevailing prejudice about data tinkerers. In order to do justice to our claim of producing customized industrial solutions, our employees must also primarily be communicators. Especially this capacity qualifies them to work out an approach in collaboration with the customer perfectly suited to the specific requirements. 

Aside from superb capabilities as programmers, the pleasure of interpersonal communication and precise consulting is one of the outstanding talents we expect of our colleagues. Our employees engage intensively with the customer's company, spend time on location, empathize with the objectives and wishes of the customer, conduct training and offer support.
